Return Policy for Microscopes and Microscopy Accessories:
15 days with prior Authorization. There are no Returns or Refunds after 15 days.
All returns must be sent freight prepaid. Damaged items will not be accepted. All returns are subject to a 30% restock fee and must be returned with prior Authorization, in the original packing material, in a resaleable condition, Return Authorization Number and copy of the original invoice must accompany the item being returned. Original Shipping Fees are not Refundable.
